I wish there was more of a focus on healthier eating and educating people how they can heal the body through food and such vs taking a pill for said issue which will cause said issue so you need a pill for that, which then causes two more problems which you need two more pills for... I watched how they pumped up my grandparents with pills. At one point, my grandpa was on 25 different medications which I believe ultimately made his Alzheimer's worse. He was actually on 3 different pills for lowering blood pressure too. Like what the heck?
Yep, I'm on the same spiral as well. It's a wonder they can't just treat the route issue and stop treating symptoms, but there's too much money in treating conditions and no money in curing them, so...
