In the sense that bad cops will do this to get away with stuff? No, I thought of that.So am I the only one who sees that as a bad thing?
Yeah, that was exactly my thought that bad cops would easily abuse thisIn the sense that bad cops will do this to get away with stuff? No, I thought of that.
Almost all cops wear body cams and most businesses have cameras. The issue is that good cops (ones who actually care about laws/rules etc.) are being labeled as bad and less likely to do their job if they think there is a chance someone will film them and post it on Facebook/Twitter to get them fired, even if they did nothing wrong. Cancel culture and all. The issue with this though is that bad cops can use it to cover their tail but worse than this, you can just upload these videos without sound so the context is lost entirely and cops will be framed as bad regardless. It is a catch 22, dammed if you do dammed if you don't.
Yeah, those be the times we live in.Yeah, that was exactly my thought that bad cops would easily abuse this
Bobby Hill's spirit animal.
Such a great show! It was the perfect successor to Beevis and Butthead, IMO...straight-laced Hank, his super-competitive wife, his ditz of a niece and his goofball son mixed with his conspiracy nut friend, ladies man and...bill...it was just so hilarious."I'm actually a senior" LOL I loved this show.
Doesn't matter if bad cops use it to cover up bad behavior because internal reviews are not subject to any copyright infringement. Only if said video record would need to be released to the public AND the audio holding significance to the incident at hand.Yeah, that was exactly my thought that bad cops would easily abuse this
