You ever hear of those shower curtains that hold your devices for you while you shower? The FBI must love those. lol
Oh absolutely! I can't understand people taking their electronics into the shower or bath with them. I can't count the number of times I've seen cat video compilations that have included multiple scenes of women in the bath recording their cat. I mean...these are probably the same women who get offended when a guy takes a peek because we're weak and feeble-minded males and you have some lovely bits that need attention, not our fault. But there you are, starkers, recording your puss 'n boots with your reflective taps recording...well...your puss 'n bits...but we're the pervs? Womenz...
Still would love to have the mat be a real thing with cameras and then just wait for the article about one NSA agent who had the unfortunate task of watching the recordings from the Slip Not mat and had to watch each and every piece of footage and got so traumatized that HE PUSHED HIS FINGERS INTO HIS...EYES! It's the only thing that slowly stopped the ache...terrible Slipknot pun...doesn't work...

Pretty funny how many people are so trusting of stuff like this though. And there is me... Who used to cover the cable box up in my bedroom because I didn't trust that there wasn't a camera inside of it. LOL
I'm much the same, I leave my phone well away from the bathroom if I'm going in that direction, I turn off all smart features on my tvs, I keep any cameras on my DS or Switch covered at all times, I never hook up sensor bars or the kinect from an Xbox, will never install a Ring doorbell or smart home device that connects to an external network of any kind, and gets suspicious when the neighbors put up security cameras...technology is great, people who use it...not so much...
Yeah, I don't trust people. Most people won't do harm with it be enough can and do which is why I just don't trust the stuff.
Sure can, and enough people these days run around like they're freelance journalists recording every god damn thing that you don't even need the NSA to tap into security cameras, they can just scour yt and tiktok and there it is...

YouTube at least has retaining value. I can't say to same for most other platforms.
that's true, YT has some decent creators giving it value alongside the...not so great ones.
