Avoid Cali. There is no punishment for having diseases and giving them to people knowingly through sex.
Yeah they put it into law a few years back. I don't know if it was reversed or not but people were making tons of memes about it.
In Georgia, it's only Reckless Endangerment (misdemeanor) if you knowingly give someone aids. There are no laws for the others.
I think the reason laws have not been adjusted for causes where someone is intentionally giving another person a disease is because it would probably be abused in some fashion. Not many people actually do this but when they do, they are either mentally unwell or are using their disease as a weapon to hurt specific people it seems.
I saw something about some guy purposely sleeping with black women (he is a white guy, a DJ I think) and giving them STDs hoping they go back to black men to give it to them. I don't know if he was ever arrested for it or how you could go about arresting someone over it.
It is all just a grey zone.
