These are my opinions and if you don't like them than fight me at 3 on Monday behind the dumpster on 5th and Main. Also, I will rank them once I am done with the series and be grading on the American Grading system. So next is Dragon Ball Z and its Arcs.

Dragon Ball
A Tier - Tien Shinhan, King Piccolo, and Piccolo Jr.
B Tier - Tournament and Red Ribbon
C Tier - Fortuneteller Baba and Emperor Pilaf
D Tier - General Blue and Commander Red
