I forgot to add it in the post, but the other character's name is Ranki and he's an OC that belongs to someone I know in the online DB community. I think it's cool that he's a powered up human who fights with a machete.
Ah, neat! So a human that's managed to find power beyond the levels that the likes of Tien and Yam...Krillin managed to find? That'll be an interesting matchup!
He gave me the break down of his custom power-ups he created. Essentially said this purple haired state is equal to about SSJ2. I'll give him credit for his creativity. They would never meet though because the timeline he's from is plus Age 900. Shihori would be Grandma Pan age at that point. Not to say she won't live to be a very old woman, but she's definitely far removed from the battlefield at that point.
That is great creativity, nice to see someone tackling the fact that humans got left behind in cannon, so this is pretty cool!
