Nekia the Scourge. Rival and nemesis of freedom fighter Kitsune.
She's the same species as Hopp and a former gang enforcer turned warlord herself. Her rise to power was brought forth by Kitsune and co. killing her former boss. She was the sole survivor of their attack that night. She managed to catch Kitsune off guard and fight her to a stalemate. She's a ferocious combatant skilled with the Sai. Her sole obsession is murdering Kitsune slowly, painfully, and personally. Also, this cat girl is dedicated to Beerus.

A look back at the fearsome duo of Takah and Kitsune. WIP.
At the time either one of them could have soloed Piccolo Daimao to scale them into context. This is also approximately Age 743 so we're talking 10 years before Goku actually goes head to head with Piccolo.
Takah and Kitsune were an unbeatable team together. They grew up alongside each other, loved one another like sisters, and pushed each other to realize their fullest potential. It was a match made in heaven, while it lasted.
