This isn’t so much about MHA or even Horikoshi as an artist. This is what has everyone’s knickers in a twist over on Twitter. 🤭Oh my! You mean you’re telling me girls are anatomically different?!

I'm a bit confused here. People are linking names and birthdays to horrible people in history? This is just a manga. Why is everyone upset?

I do see more people supporting him than anything though.

I never watched it but I know bits about it. I have done product descriptions for people who sell the merch. It is interesting though. Anime and manga in general has seemed to really blow up in the last 5 or so years in the US. I see it everywhere now and everyone is always talking about it. Growing up, you got made fun of for liking it lol

Well the only popular series in the United States were literally Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach. One Piece didn't really count because 4Kids ruined the Anime's potential in the 2000s.

Pokemon can be thrown into this but that was more popular with kids, still is I think. It still seems more popular now than 20 years ago when I was first getting into it all.
 
Skimming back to the "outrage culture" and general "cancel culture", I think more and more people are getting sick of it... Which to me, is a good thing. There are some things that need to be said and called out about but very few people address the more serious issues that we should be talking about. They are too concerned with boycotting companies and artists over silly stuff. The way people seem to be sticking up for Horikoshi tells me that it might be phased out soon. I mean this whole mindset has been getting out of hand since like 2014. It is about time it stops.

Damn right! If Horikoshi wants to draw busty super powered high school girls and an adult female’s V for vagina then more power to him! There are more important things to get angry about like taxes!

I have seen way worse drawn by people who typically get outraged over everything on Deviant Art. Just saiyan :cheeky:
