I hear about this kind of thing happening with pools far too often. Just two years old, that is heart breaking. I just feel like there has to be something they can try but I know even when care that has advanced this much, it is hard to recover once the brain loses too much oxygen.

For what it is worth, I pray that a miracle recovery happens and her body somehow manages to repair the damages.

It would be nice if she somehow did recover, but it is highly unlikely at this stage, sadly. At least she is surrounded by loves ones.

I think all things are possible with faith but I know not everyone operates that way. I have witnessed a lot of miracles dealing with children. My one brother was meant to die shortly after being born and is considered a miracle baby. Even if it feels hopeless, just keep thinking positive. There is no harm in that. I am sure she knows she is loved.
