I think Piccolo is just over 7' tall and Tien is around 6'4 I would say. I mean this is the case in DBZ anyways. I think Piccolo is shorter in DBS.

Yeah, I know he is still ridiculously tall. I'd just picture the fusion being somewhere between both heights so 6'8 perhaps, which is still tall.
