This is weird but kind of a genius concept.
The idea is basically to adjust to how people are eating these days. Most not wanting to eat in, there is no point of having a dining area. They are also considering people who do drive deliveries for services by having 4 drive-through lanes, one of which will be just for people who work at places like UberEats or whatever it is called. The kitchen will be above the drive-thru area like some banks you may have seen and the food will be dropped down to the customer.
I think this might be the direction more fast-food places are heading and I think it is smart. Rally's/Checker's have done this for years by having two drive-thrus and no dine-in option and it has worked for them. They are basically taking that idea and maximizing it. While I think this is a smart business move, I think it will just encourage more people to eat unhealthy food which is a major downside. Couple that in with another year or two of "lockdowns", America is going to be a good 20% more unhealthy. Yikes.
