I personally love this one to be honest it gets so much shit for being the worst i think GT is the worst this ones is comical pilaf sucks as a villan but his absolutely adorable ngl favorite character in this.

The Pilaf Arc isn't the worst Story Arc in Dragon Ball. Either the Boo Arc or the Red Ribbon Army Arc is the worst.

As a whole, yes, but there are some solid moments and episodes.

Actually Muscle Tower is kind ofnthe drag for me. When Goku finally storms the RR base is epic.

I thought that the RRA confrontation was anticlimactic because of how Commander Red and Staff Officer Black turned out.
