Apparently, Meta hired ex-Twitter employees to work for Threads which is Mark's new platform.

Now Meta is about to be sued over "stealing" secrets and scraping Twitter for data.

I think this was why Elon wanted to limit people with views per day. He saw in the increase of data scraping and was not sure what was causing it.

Well... Pretty sure we know now.

The ex-employees of Twitter are some of the biggest woke snakes and they are likely angry at Elon so of course they would look to do things to screw with it or try to rival it using Twitter's own data and secrets.
