Might be called "minimum age" if you search the ACP. You might also have to require date of birth at registration, but I don't recall exactly. I remember a long time ago something about it only showing up in the terms and rules, but not actually enforcing anything.
I'll have Jay look, he has it set up differently I think. I'll see about the age thing when signing up as well.

A sensible precaution, 13 is just far too young, even for a subject matter like DB. Kids don't know how to use forums, and don't know how to handle more mature subject matter. Ya' know...like death and stuff...because that's all we ever talk about here that's mature subject matter...
