Good! While I'm not advocating for them to necessarily go to prison for this, I absolutely believe they need to face some form of disciplinary action for something so heinous.
They will most likely plea out to a lesser charge of misdemeanor battery and no longer be cops.
That's about what I would expect, as well. As long as they no longer have the ability to do that again, that's a satisfactory result.
Just for that I'm coming to Ohio to violate your civil rights to teach you a lesson.
Could you imagine if police stations in cities where people are telling them to f-off actually did? They would be happy for maybe a day until someone breaks into their home, steals their car, robs them at gunpoint on the street, or God forbid worse. People don't realize how much this society depends on police offers not only to protect us but ensure things don't get more out of control. Bad cops are the worst kinds of people because they know better and don't give a crap but I'd say the majority of cops do their duty according to the books and to treat them like they are directly at fault for shit like this not only insults them, it insults this country. If you wanna hate all cops and live in ignorance, that is on you. You only make yourself look intolerant and incapable of change.
