You should drag this part over to the election thread, but yeah most Americans needs to realize they don't need a big centralized gov't to tell them what to do. Canadians are the opposite and they live under a strong, centralized federal system. They almost always fall in line when told to do so and they still have the Queen of England as a monarch.

If the quarantine still exists by the beginning of 2021, I think I'm just going to suck it up and do some serious job searching, even if I have to wear a mask all day.
It will still exist well into 2021. Keep your fingers crossed for late 2021 or 2022 for normalcy.
They should have protected who needed to be protected and let it run its course. But no, let's all listen to the "experts" who never experienced anything like this before. lol
Because the last time this happened nearly no one today was alive and it killed MILLIONS of people. I think we're doing pretty okay considering people with pre-existing cardio-pulmonary conditions is what COVID likes to eat for breakfast.
That and when it did happen, it was actually VERY deadly. Highly contagious viruses don't have high death rates. If it wasn't as contagious, I would be more worried. The fact that under half a million people died in the US is a miracle considering how unhealthy this country is.
