I know the manga went in its own direction and may or may not have touched on some of them, but in terms of the point of the anime ending...
When it comes to the newer character introduced in the ToP, which characters would you like to learn more about?

I think the introduction of multiple universes made way for some very interesting fighters but most of them, we know little to nothing about.

Obviously, I want to know more about Universe 9 which is why I went the direction I did with my story. I want to know why it's such a shit hole as Bergamo claimed. Why do anthropomorphic alien people seem to be the majority? So many questions!!

Just the characters introduced in the Tournament of Power right? None of them. I guess Sorrel would be the closest since I like her design (I love that hat) but otherwise they were mostly just really boring. The few that had more notable personalities like Ribrianne I feel we've already spent more than enough time with.

I don't think Jiren is that great of a villain regardless of the version but man is manga version a lot better than his anime counterpart. I also think manga Kale is a lot better than her anime counterpoint. It kind of baffles me how drastically different some characters are between versions.

Manga kale is also more consistent both with broly and herself!

hmmm, I would say all the tournament of power characters are for progression, none of them did anything else for the story besides get vegeta and Goku more powerful (which is the magority of super anyway) but as saying that I think uni 6 is the most interesting I would love to learn more about Hit, but only the manga version of him. I really don't like the ToP anime at all besides the last MUI goku vs jiren and when android 17, freeza and goku beat jiren. but probably I would want to learn about the grand priest he seems to much in control and manipulating the Zenos

Outside of Zeno and the Angels, I really don't care for anyone in Super. I'm still here wanting to know more about characters from the start of DBZ like Zarbon or Nappa than anyone that's been introduced in Super.

Magetta for sure. A whole race of metal men?? Do they give birth or do they build new ones?! How do they get stronger? Do they need to eat? What's their source of food?! Why do all of them cry when insulted?!

I completely agree, the 1984-1995 Manga had way more interesting characters, and at the same time you didn't know very much about many of their backgrounds.

Yeah also its weird how all universe 6 saiyans seem to be based on the remaining Full saiyans of universe 7 that being:
Goku/ Caufilia
Cabba/ Vegeta
Kale/ Broly
