What if King Vegeta was still alive?

In a hypothetical sense, what if he escaped Planet Vegeta before Frieza blew it up and had gone into hiding this entire time.

How do you think it would impact the story if he was suddenly reintroduced? How do you think Vegeta would handle it?
 
I don't think it would change much of anything, unless he had also spent his time training and reached Super Saiyan and beyond levels, then he's basically just another random Saiyan. Can he still claim to be King of a less than a handful of people? Vegeta would care, sure, but Goku? Not likely.

Maybe he kept himself and a small force? That could become a storyline, potentially.

Well now, that is a silly thing to ask given how Vegeta reacted...Throughout the entirely of DBZ LOL


I am just thinking like, if he would be able to get the old Vegeta to come out again and for them to try to build an army again. Or maybe Vegeta would fight him and prove to him he is superior in every way.

I think if he were still alive, Vegeta wouldn't be as much of a bitch...then again, he might just kill dear ole' dad and become King himself.

Freeza would have hunted him down like a dog and murdered the every living :poop: out of him. Perhaps delaying the inevitable subjugation of the entire Saiyan race, but it was pretty much a foregone conclusion at that point in time.

You never know, maybe that much time away has pushed him past his love of fighting and now he just wants himself to some monkey lovin'. Find himself a woman who loves a man with a tail and terrible facial hair used only to distinguish him from his son and then get to work on making a few more princes?
