I don't have an opinion because I do not follow these things. I am sure others will chime in who do though.

I never read Magi, only saw a few episodes of the anime, but from what I hear it's apparently top tier stuff. I can't vouch for it myself, but it might actually be the best option to go for of the three from what I've heard.
Of the remaining two options, I like My Hero Academia more than The Seven Deadly Sins so I voted My Hero Academia. Seven Deadly Sins is funnier than MHA and handles romance better (for the most part), but in all other ways I can think of MHA is better. Though MHA isn't finished, while the other two are as far as I know (I never got around to finishing SDS), so maybe wait until that finishes (probably in the next 2-3 years).

Excuse me for the double post. This is embarrassing for me to admit, but I actually couldn't afford Magi. Contrary to what LividJay said, My Hero Academia was the least expensive and has the least amount of volumes, and it was only a dollar over what I earned minus tax, so I bought that instead.
Interesting. But I guess I wasn't really comparing it to the others, just thinking that it's quite a long series and is still ongoing.
The other two are finished while My Hero is still ongoing and will actually likely be longer than the other two in the end. It also came out later than the other two so it has less volumes out because of that.
Either way...I foogin love MHA. I've really been enjoying reading it. Another consideration is Demon Slayer, if you haven't hit that up yet.

If we're talking about other shonen anime/manga to watch, I'mma just suggest everyone give Jujutsu Kaisen a shot. I'll say the first half of season one was kinda mid for me, but the second half is amazing and Gojo is always the hypest best boi in Shonen from the get-go. I love that dude. I'd say the anime is definitely the better way to experience JJK due to top tier animation all season-long and one of the best OST's in recent memory, but the manga's great and has the Shibuya Incident arc. Once the anime covers that arc, the series is going to explode even more in popularity. Chainsaw Man is another strong Shonen recommendation, looking forward to that adaption.
Which as a side note, I haven't watched the recent season of MHA yet, but I'm pretty upset that they switched the order of the arcs around. Regardless though, MHA in the manga is currently producing some of my favourite chapters in the series. The very last one especially is going down as one of the best parts of the entire series.

I feel like My Hero Academia and Black Clover are the long running generic battle Shonen of this era while Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen are like the shorter, more complex battle Shonen.
Chainsaw Man has more right to that title than Demon Slayer or JJK but I'd agree with this. I will say, I do like MHA more than Demon Slayer at least, so being the standard long-runner is certainly not a bad thing.
