I agree. I'm going to the YMCA to work out and exercise, and they have a Church there too. I will probably find a girlfriend in the Y too because it's a Christian Organization, and after that I'll job search again, because work relationships do not work. LOL.Dang. Hopefully you can find something soon.
In the meantime, do what you can to work on your soft-skills and knowledge. Find something that interests you and see if you can study it.
Just, you know, don't make that last part the main part for doing those things or you'll have a bad time.I agree. I'm going to the YMCA to work out and exercise, and they have a Church there too. I will probably find a girlfriend in the Y too because it's a Christian Organization
Well... yes and no. In general they're not a great idea. That said, yeah, definitely don't go to work thinking of it as a dating pool.and after that I'll job search again, because work relationships do not work. LOL.
You're rather cynical about relationships but I can see why.Just, you know, don't make that last part the main part for doing those things or you'll have a bad time.

I'm not actually; you just can't make finding a girlfriend a driving force. Now if you're trying to improve yourself mentally/physically/spiritually in the hopes that down the track you have a girlfriend, that's fine. But if you're going anywhere - gym, Church, work, school - with the Terminator search-mode thing going 24/7, it's all going to fall apart, because you're missing the primary point of those places. You're rather cynical about relationships but I can see why.
