Dragon Ball Z Why do so many Dragon Ball Z fans love the Cell Saga so much?

I never said I hated the Cell Saga (I don't hate any of the Sagas in Dragon Ball), but I do think the Cell Saga is BY FAR the most overrated and I do prefer the Majin Buu Saga over it and think the Majin Buu Saga was a massive vast improvement over the Cell Saga in everyway possible and I don't care who knows it. Oh and I think The Great Saiyaman rules by the way.

You sound like the kind of person who takes Dragon Ball way too seriously. I bet you also take Star Wars way too seriously as well and you probably think The Phantom Menace "sucks" because of Jar Jar Binks and the Gungan race.

Actually, I don't take Dragon Ball or any anime serious, so nice way of prejudging before you know anything, and remember you are on a forum where people can have opinions. By the way, when I did care for Star Wars I actually didn't mind the sequels a whole lot, but Jar Jar is and always will be trash no matter what.

I'm not going to add anything new to what has been said so far, every saga has its ups and downs and while the Cell Saga is not perfect, it has its fair share of innovation, emotion and twist. The way it has been critiqued kind of feels like cherry-picking at this point.

I just wanted to ask OP a question. If you feel like Gohan's SSJ2 transformation is "way OVERRATED" (considering that Gohan has trained and been in brutal fights since 4 years old + 2 years spent in the Time Chamber based on solely training), and you also say Buu saga is your favorite, then how would you name Gotenk's SSJ3 transformation? Or any young Goten/Trunks SSJ transformation at all?
