Xbox said players are getting an upgrade! Something they have been asking for! Paying more money! Yay!

They are now charging $30 A MONTH for Game Pass Ultimate. What is different? Not really anything. You are just paying more money.

The kicker is that the $15 and $10 tiers are capped at lower quality gaming experiences online. So basically, if you want your gaming experience to look as good as it can, you have to pay extra.

Microsuck strikes again.
 
The last thing Xbox needs to do at this point is alienate their fans even further. They’re not Nintendo.

In hindsight this move might have finally and officially killed Xbox for good. I don’t hear anyone talking about Series X and Series S anymore after this happened.
 
And they walked it back. Game Pass Ultimate is now $22.99.

They are also removing future new CoD releases from the pass. So when a new CoD title drops, it will not be on the Game Pass day one. Instead, it will be available on Game Pass Ultimate one year after release and only for PC players.
