I think it nearly hit 90 here as well. Getting a heat wave. I think the hottest day is meant to be tomorrow.

We are going to have a good 3 or 4 days of rain and thunderstorms which is fine because it will warm up the pool water faster. Hoping to go swimming this weekend.

We had some frogs hanging out in the pool. Luckily they didn't have enough water on the cover to mate. The one year, the pool cover was loaded with tadpoles, must have been over 2,000 of them.

We get them often, but I've never seen so many before in my life. This was a big batch. Apparently they've been underground since 2004.

Is this why people are cooking them and eating them? lol I haven't seen them bad since I was a kid. It was in the '90s, I don't remember what year, but they were so bad you couldn't walk out the house without a few of them hitting you in the face.
