Your current Weather?

Been getting a lot of sun the last week or so. Currently 38. Looking like the rest of winter will mostly be in the 40s and a sprinkle of days in the 50s.

Yeah, don't get close to kangaroos. They're literally war-machines. A kick is the least of your problems.
I have seen some of them get crazy too. We have a thing you can drive through at the local zoo where they have the smaller ones and they would come up and kick the vehicle lol

Wallabies that what they are called I could not think of it. :haha:
Yeah. Like Rocko's Modern Life. And in all honesty, I can't tell the difference for the most part.

You're lucky that's the most damage they do to vehicles there. One of my old work friends was staying out of town; I think her Toyota Yaris hit about 3 kangaroos before it was finally written off, which is a real testament to Japanese engineering. They like to throw themselves in front of cars. One time I was driving my wife's car and one came up and crossed the road while we were doing 100kmh (about 60mi) and I managed to avoid it, but it clipped the side mirror and tumbled out. Broke the plastic casing (mirror is fine, but never got fixed). I think by the time we'd pulled over, it picked itself back up and stumbled off into the scrub.

Where I am now, we have wombats in the bush nearby. Those are a lot worse; they're smaller and not (usually) aggressive, but you definitely do not want to hit one in your car. We were driving at night a few weeks ago, and I had to swerve to avoid one, and managed to see another in time to handle it a bit more safely.

Oh. And I also had an emu on the road once. Those are like wild-card kangaroos because they will do way more damage, are a lot harder to predict, and move much faster. It's one of many reasons we lost in the war.

It is very hot out, 91 currently. We were in the pool earlier. Going to go swimming tomorrow if it doesn't storm.
