Mine would be Vsauce, PewDiePie, Filthy Frank, COPA 90 and some from my country as Doi Degeaba, Codrin Bradea, Jimmy Hex/La povesti cu Jimmy, CreativeMonkeyzArmy.
 
I can't say I have a specific favorite. As of late, I haven't been watching a whole lot on there. Vsauce is always good though. I only recently started watching some of Pew's videos. He grew up a lot which is good to see. A few channels I am subbed to are Baylee Jae, HellthyJunkFood, and Simon and Martina.

I subscribe to quite a lot of youtubers for different things, for instance:

-TeamFourStar (DBZ:A)
-Linus Tech Tips (Hardware/general nerdary)
-Unknown Melodeath and Unknown Power Metal (both metal channels that highlight lesser known bands of their specific subgenres)
-Lets Play / Achievement Hunter / Rooster Teeth (...general fun? Been a fan of theirs since pre-YouTube, have followed them along their journey)
-Palmers FC (Sunday League Football, good fun to follow along with and to go back to their old videos and see just how far they've come)
-First We Feast (Hot Ones, amazing show)
-Thogden, Stunt Pegg (Both Bolton Wanderers vloggers, gotta' support my team :D)

...and so on. I've got channels I watch for retro gaming content, channels I watch for music content, channels I watch for hockey and football content, channels I watch for gaming content, and so on. A real hodgepodge.

I just love how open the interviews get as they go along, the wings help to really break down the barriers that people tend to put up during interviews and stops those stock answers coming back. If you get the chance, watch the Terry Crews one, or the Gordon Ramsay one, or even the Tenacious D one, they're great interviews.

Solid choices, though I feel like Shaq was a bit of a let down. Speaking of disappointing, give the DJ Khaled one a watch sometime, I'm not super familiar with him as an artist, but his effort on Hot Ones has become a thing of legend.
 
SomeOrdinaryGamers is pretty funny. He plays games and rants.
Also started watching GrayStillPlays, mostly for his silly Sims 4 content.
 
Only watched a couple of videos and they're almost all Dragon Ball centric but if I see any cockamamie Irish antics I'll be sure to link it right away!

Depends on my mood, I watch alot of youtube in the background and before bed but I do have a couple channels I look for when they schedule is up
Scary Mysterys, That Chapter (murders and crime) Solo Mission, A Friend (runescape) Mufuba Jar and maxmoefoe (card openings) just for the kicks i dont even collect cards lol
I also watch ESPN FC and ESPN UK everyday to catch up on soccer stuff
