For me, it was Shaman King, then Naruto came.

I started watching anime thanks to Toonami. I don't recall the first I ever watched but the ones I got into the most in the begining was Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon.

Same I watch mine on Hulu and Toonami glad it came back it stop in 2008 dropped alot of stuff one piece took dragon ball spot on Toonami

Yes that's his work. only a few of them where animated the rest are Mangas or light novels .
