I think, cukatail is a female, but just a more masculine one since not all females look like the "ideal" female as some can have that is typically called "manly" traits since as a square jaw and so forth because DNA/Gentics is weird, man.

I noticed with a lot of models as well which tend to be taller women, they have more sharp/defined features and to our eyes, it appears more masculine. Maybe this is just down to Cukatail being really freaking tall and built like Brock Lesnar but within female genetics.

Also, I think all the angels are both feminine and masculine, just at different levels.

If that is the case that would mean the creator of DB as a whole is a fan of The Prophecy because in that movie angels are neither male of female.

I think in a biblical context, the same can be said but we know these angels reproduce. That would mean they are genetically male or female but because they are angels, maybe it is just a form they choose or can change like certain aquatic species.

Could be as well. The Angels may very well be Intersex like some aquatic creatures as you mentioned
