New Year, New Me!

The burning/tingling, anytime I feel that I get ice and lay down. I know I am in for a bad time if I don't. It feels great when it is done right but I never do it right and regret it lol
ugh. So yesterday I was rushing down the stairs to my basement, (which causes a slight hop in my step), and I drove the top of my head into the ceiling at the bottom of the stairs. This is the part where the ceiling in the basement starts, so it's really a 90 degree angle. Now the base of my skull/neck area is in a lot of pain. Like it compressed or something. That'll teach me.

I did this when I was younger at a friend's house and because of my neck issues, it was awful. Just ice your neck. It should help. I use water bottles frozen solid since they fit comfortably back there when I am laying down. I actually sleep with one on my neck every night. Have done so for a good 7 years now. It sounds strange but it keeps my neck and head from hurting more often.

Sounds like you got yourself some compression/whiplash you old codger. Ice it up to relieve the inflammation and pop a few Motrin. Hope you feel better, silly bastard.

I have to get back into the habit of rebounding daily again. Anytime I try something when it comes to exercise, the pain makes me quit. Not the typical soreness during or after but my standard pains that come from my back, shoulder, and neck issues. So yeah, starting to get back into rebounding started next week. I know I will feel better once I get going with it.

Got 5 days in, 40 min each. :proud:
I did all last week and so far, 2 days this week. I noticed some changes. My pain isn't as bad. My usual womanly cramps were only an issue for like 2 hours instead of 2 days (I get bad pain every month). My skin is looking healthier. My sleep seems to be a little messed up but I think this is down to going from basically as active as a rock to actually exercising most days lol. Oh, and I lost a few pounds.

I am sticking to this for 30 days so I completed day 7 today. 23 more to go! Feb 19th will be 30 days and they say you should notice a lot of good changes in your body at that point from rebounding.

All positives, nice! The sleep, yeah, your body will adapt to that after a little bit. Keep it up, you got this!

Yeah I mean I had issues with waking up at night for several years now so it isn't going to be fixed overnight and a disruption happening means things are changing in my body I suppose.
For sure! Hopefully before long you'll get a better night's sleep overall!
