Biden ordered that the horse patrol in the Del Rio sector be curtailed because of what transpired. He's going along with the narrative being pushed by the lefties and the mainstream media that they "whipped" the Haitians with their reins or tried to run them over. Neither of these things happened of course and it's the extreme left pushing an anti-police narrative. So no more horse patrol in that sector which btw in the Border Patrol and especially Texas is a very historical thing. Border Patrol has had a mounted patrol unit since their inception in 1924.

Exactly! While I am not a member of the Border Patrol, I can tell you that in no way shape or form are such devices issued to federal law enforcement. You get collapsible baton, OC spray, sometimes Taser, and a firearm. No whips!
