Yep the Problem is that i cant sleep without Thick Blankets and they dont go together with heat afterall!

Get some plastic water bottles and put them in your freezer. Wrap one in a cloth and sleep with one behind your neck. And make use of a fan if you have one or can get one.

The ice bottles do help. I sleep hot. I use one every night.
