I'm not a MTF like you and Charlotte, but I'm finally listening to those subliminal message videos to give me bigger boobs. LOL.
The most beneficial part is that it transfers some of my stomach fat to my chest, because I've been obese for a while and I've recently given up on losing weight.
How's your transition going, by the way?
I'm not actually familiar with those videos, lol, but perhaps I should be!! Certainly need bigger boobs, what I've got right now just isn't cutting it for someone like me who likes 'em big!
My transition's going well, a lot of the changes are positive, a couple have been...surprising...and real learning experiences, but for the most part I'm extremely happy with how things are going. I still have to hide myself away because of my family situation, but in private this bitch is loving it!

I can understand why you might actually feel uncomfortable or even ashamed around your family due to your lifestyle change, but acceptance will come eventually (outside of maybe your father), so don't worry.
Of course, every woman would love a little more up top!!
I'm definitely not ashamed, I'm just not in a position to risk my father finding out. I need to stay where I am so I can look after my mother, and that means that he can't know, because he's a bigot. I can't afford to move out, and realistically I can't because of my mother, so I have to bide my time. Once I'm in a position, financially and not having to look after my mother, to do so, then I'll be the real me all the time. Can't wait for that, but in the mean time I'm still getting in my little victories. I consider every teeny tiny little bit of boob growth like a nice big middle finger to my bigot of a father
