I’m getting worried about my high blood pressure.

Drink more water and cut back on salt. Should help it go down but if it doesn't, see a doc.

Go see a doctor and see what's normal. My family has a history of it, so I'm on pills for now.

Losing weight also helps.

Yeah I did. Was pretty cool. First and last total eclipse I will see. The next one that happens for this area isn't until like 2090 or something.

Was tempted to try some snail "secretions" on my skin but I changed my mind. It is some beauty trend in Korea. I think I will stick with coconut oil.
