Worse yet, one stupid decision is going to lead to a very lengthy stint behind bars for them, because 13 or not they killed two men while driving a stolen vehicle. I'm sure had they just been caught with the stolen vehicle and the rest hadn't happened they'd have been returned to their parents and given some form of community service, but this...this is proper prison time for them.
