Been awhile since I have made a video. I had to work on another site and get that updated. I'll be doing another one soonish.
Even though I already advertised there, they have a lot of trolls. Wouldn't recommend it.
True. But you'll get trolls from anywhere. Gotta take the good with the bad and then Beerus can just boot the bad lol
I agree with this, it's fine to hand pick the good members and try to bring them in, but to try and cultivate members from existing sites, particularly ones that have problematic members, is just going to be a massive challenge and possibly create some ill will among the owners of the other sites. Look to build a fresh new membership base where possible..
Yes, and I have an extensive history on DBZ forums as it is. They are obsessed with trivial matters like office politics over having a fun and enjoyable forum. Only reason I advertised on the Dragon Ball Neoseeker forum and the new DBZF forum is because I wanted to let them know I'm still around.
I actually used to know the person who registered under that username. He's just salty this forum is so much better than his Subreddit.
Makes a lot of sense given the posts he was making...and the number of times he returned after the fact. But yeah, just be mindful not to drag any like that here by accident
So, I'm aware you guys are trying to go for an advertisement campaign, but what you did last night on my forum? Not exactly the method which one is supposed to follow on that. We've got an actual advertisement section of the forum where you can post your advertisement for it to stay in forever without being hassled, but instead one of you- I assume your boy Yoshioka there (It was posted under a Yoshi), posted 30+ times in my forum's shoutbox: (Image is after I deleted all but 4 of them)

Admin to admin @Jay and @Beerus - This both makes your site look bad, and it makes people more likely to come to it with anger and the like. If you want a healthy relationship and healthy growth with other forums, using civilized methods (rather than the good old 'let me post my link so many times I might shanghai one low intelligence member, but will definitely annoy the rest) method) are the best way to advertise your site.
