I don't see a problem with asking out women at work every few months until I'm successful. Especially since there will be new managers and coworkers, and I might get another job at some point.
Yeah but then you will get a reputation for being "that guy who asks everyone out". I mean it is your call.
Like I said, my job security is fairly stable. This isn't a for sure thing anyway, more like we'll see what happens down the road.
I would not keep trying to date people at the work place. It's not going to end well.
I'm becoming more on the fence about this, especially because I really actually did have a strong crush on the person I asked out last year, and I don't think anyone I ask out at work after that can match that level of infatuation I had.
Why did your crush on her wane? Did you even date or was it a one-time thing? If things died off that much and you don't feel as strongly about her, what would be the point? Did/does she have feelings toward you? If you're so unsure, are you just leading her on in that case?
Because she frequently went on vacation and started being a teacher on Week Days. There would be a point, because I remember when I saw her again after a while in December, my feelings for her started rushing again. She was very flirtatious when I wanted her to be my girlfriend, and she was very friendly when I wanted to pursue a friendship with her. I'm not leading her on and if anything, it felt like she was doing so last year.
Oh, by the way guys, I didn't get the opportunity to ask her out for Valentine's Day at work, it was way too busy. But it's most likely for the best.
I just asked her out through text. I had no other choice, it just gets way too busy at work.
I quit my job. I will never pursue a work relationship again. LOL.
Sorry things worked out that way, hopefully the next job goes better, and agreed, leave relationships outside of the workplace
To be fair, I was really just focusing on the negative last night because I finally realized how much rejection stings.
It definitely does sting, but time heals all wounds, as they say, and it's a valuable learning experience either way
