My FIL after we return from a wild goose chase through peak hour traffic

"You might need to check his nappy. I haven't been able to put him down for a few hours."

If only there was a solution ... :hmm:

So yesterday an email I had sitting in my junk triggered an alert for a malicious attachment. Fine. Defender blocked it, I quarantined it, moved about with my day.

8 hours later (at dinner) an Offshore Employee No Don't Make Assumptions sends me a message asking "hi [surname], how are you?" And waits 5 minutes to be like "Oh there was a security incident! We need to seriously deal with this!!!!"

After telling him I already had, he insisted on remoting in and cleaning up the virus (which I already had) and changing my password. Since it's 7pm I decided, no, he's not going to.

Anyway, long story short, after 8 hours of no incident or communication, my laptop has been isolated from the Internet and I guess they're giving me the day off.

I haven't been exercising as consistently lately so I am getting back into it. Did a 40 min power/speed walk today and 10 min of rebounding. Going to aim for this as the bare minimum daily. I am hoping it helps with my neck and back pain.

I used to get up before 6 to go yogging. Haven't done it in months.
