In fairness, she's got a lot to think about right now, I'd be taking plenty of time to myself in her shoes, as well. It's been 10 days since we last saw her.

I do spend a decent amount outdoors just chasing my mother around the garden, but I am also low on D3 and take it regularly, as you can see from my giant bottle here (ignore the mountain of protein and special k bars...trying to find quick snacks for the late afternoon period where my sugars dip, so...experimenting).@Super Kami Guru Do you spend time outside often? I am curious because of these studies I was hearing about with D3 and diabetes. If you don't spend much time outdoors, might be worth getting your D levels checked. If your levels are low, might be worth sitting outside 15 min a day in direct sun to see if your diabetes improves.
I don't know if it would help you or not or if you even like it, but they say peanut butter is good for diabetics as well.I do spend a decent amount outdoors just chasing my mother around the garden, but I am also low on D3 and take it regularly, as you can see from my giant bottle here (ignore the mountain of protein and special k bars...trying to find quick snacks for the late afternoon period where my sugars dip, so...experimenting).
Yeah, I've tried straight peanut butter and it just wasn't for me, but I've got peanut butter protein bars and they're ok. Definitely helpful!I don't know if it would help you or not or if you even like it, but they say peanut butter is good for diabetics as well.
Oddly enough, even better when you eat it with pickles....
But let's be real, that sounds nasty.
Peanut butter on toast no good either?Yeah, I've tried straight peanut butter and it just wasn't for me, but I've got peanut butter protein bars and they're ok. Definitely helpful!
Honestly haven't tried it...never even occurred to me! I'll give that a shot sometime. I don't mind a banana mashed on toast, so peanut butter can't be too bad!Peanut butter on toast no good either?
Do both together, it is actually pretty good. I only ever ear Jif though. Most other peanut butter sucks to me. lolHonestly haven't tried it...never even occurred to me! I'll give that a shot sometime. I don't mind a banana mashed on toast, so peanut butter can't be too bad!
