Here is a pic of the newly named Baby Chungus

The little guy mostly sleeps and just wobbles around in the tank I have him in. I am going to stick to two feedings a day to try and be like his mom. They only get fed a few minutes twice a day. I am hoping he opens his eyes in the next day or two, seems like they will open soon. I want him to be able to see my hands and know I am not a threat. It will make feeding easier.

Had to deal with so much BS with Amazon the last few days. I love how the biggest business in America, the one that DOUBLED in value in only 4 months' time is hiring people in other countries who are not great at English and likely paying them piss in wages while people in America are struggling to find work. Way to go Dick Bezos. The least he could do is pay his taxes.

Baby Chungus had two full syringes of food which is over double what he has been eating. He was able to actually suck the milk out of the dropper which is great. Going to try using a bottle and hopefully get him used to that to make things easier. Oh and his eyes are opening so he can see me and is not scared of me anymore. He tries to suckle my hands and arms and bites me lol

Positive progress, all good! Hopefully e takes to the bottle, that'd be great!

I knew they had teeth from a young age but they feel like flipping needles in there! lol I want to avoid getting bit again. I'm not a nipple factory.
He's a proper young man, on the hunt for the mammaries! :D

Honestly, though, he'll learn, especially as he starts to see more and more, he'll learn where his bread is buttered, as they say.

I was looking at some videos and it is insane how fast they grow too. I am hoping now that he is eating more, everything will work out. I have been a bit worried because everything I have read said it is extremely hard to care for wild baby bunnies without their mother, especially if there is only one.

Yeah, but the fact that you've got him feeding and relatively happy shows he's making progress, that's a great start for him!

Baby Chungus' eyes are fully open now. I had Jay grab some grass from outside last night to see if he would start eating that and he took a piece right away. Then he went to sleep. All the grass is gone that was put in there last night.
