Approximately 3-4.Are you and Lady Hertz planning on having children?
I am 35 so I will be lucky to have one. We have been trying to buy a house since 2020. That year messed everything up. Interest rates went from 1.7% to 6.9% so we are even more limited on what we can afford and there is nothing available in our price range. It is looking like it will end up being put off another year. We have been saving for a down payment but $5,000 of that just went into Brock's hospital stuff (including his checkup tomorrow). If the economy improves, there is a good chance but if not we will likely have to adopt which will be a whole other thing we need to save for since the average cost of adoption in the US is $50k to $70k.Approximately 3-4.
Are you?
My aunt got pregnant twice at 36 and 37 and they were not trying, both times they used condoms and spermicide. So I have genetics working in my favor. I don't think anyone in my family ever struggled to have kids. I just have a lot of anxiety and I know every little thing will make me worry and I would worry about my worry causing issues for the baby. lol I know they consider 35+ to be a risk zone as well so that would be making me stress out. The economy is just kicking me in the figurative balls right now. That's rough. My sister's the same age and has been unable to (some miscarriages too). Adoption is good if you can manage it. It's something I'm happy to try and figure out if we're unable to.
The medical term is "geriatric"I know they consider 35+ to be a risk zone as well so that would be making me stress out.
I'll be 31 this year. She'll be 27. We're thinking to get started before she's 30.How old are you guys?
I don't like that word. The medical term is "geriatric"

My coworker was telling me when she had her son at "geriatric" age she was really shocked because there was a huge sign that said it.I don't like that word.
Nah we don't have any twin genes. We're good. You guys have time. A lot of women start having kids 27-32 these days. Maybe you will get twins and knock two out from the start. That is something I have to consider too. Twins run in my family, skipping every other generation. My nana was a twin.
I'd be so madMy coworker was telling me when she had her son at "geriatric" age she was really shocked because there was a huge sign that said it.
You guys planning on anything in particular? Like home birth or anything like that?
