Maybe I am too new to this, but why was Biden giving a campaign speech as the SOTU? Am I the only one who felt like this was nothing but empty promises that politicians make pre-election?

I have Timcast on from last night. So I am hearing everything again in full and to the end... he is legit taking all the points of Trump from just a few years ago. He even said we need to secure our border, bring jobs back to America, fund the police.... WTH is going on? LOL Sheamus was spot on saying he is like that abusive husband.
