wotTo be fair, it is still part of the issue. Dual incomes and all...
(and also it gives you 10 years on the housing crisis, so I mean...)

(I know the issue with dual incomes, thanks feminism! but I don't know what you mean by the second part)

Well if you're buying a house with dual incomes at 24 in 2025, you're in a better position than the same at 34 in 2035 (unless something good happens soon)wot

Oh, okay. I was reading that wrong and had a confuse.Well if you're buying a house with dual incomes at 24 in 2025, you're in a better position than the same at 34 in 2035 (unless something good happens soon)
Oh I bought mine in 2018 for about USD$152k and with minimal work now it could be worth closer to USD$325kOh, okay. I was reading that wrong and had a confuse.
What sucks is the house me and Jay were looking at in 2020 before the paindemic was $210,000 and is now valued at $390,000 so I only expect it to get worse from here...

Depends where you buy, I think. I think a lot of people compare to places like Sydney and Melbourne, which may as well be Californian run cities.Basically the housing costs shot up another like 35% and now interest rates are almost 7% and they were under 3% then. I know you can still get way more for your money (in terms of land size) in the US vs Canada, Australia, or the UK but these interest rates need to kick rocks.
Could be but you are phucked in the UK everywhere. Canada is pretty bad too. Like comparing some houses in Australia, you can still get comparable prices. Anywhere near a city is bad anywhere these days.Depends where you buy, I think. I think a lot of people compare to places like Sydney and Melbourne, which may as well be Californian run cities.

Well uh... hope it all goes well, I guess...
I got my house at a steal in 2015. $80K for a 3 bed room and 2 bath. Definitely had to do some work on in though. However, my property taxes keep going up.
It is like two 15 year old teenage girls having a fall out on social media....This is one nasty break up
I check out years ago. You live a happier life when you aren't keeping up with fear mingering. Im not saying that you are, I just know several Chicken Littles who get upset about every little thing that is written about the party they oppose. This adult child political feuding stuff is wearing thin on me man.
