News Grains, Corn & Soy Prices Set To Increase in 2021

Did you read that as vag? LOL Cause I did when I read it back and I was like wait... No? That is not what I meant at all. LOL

Yeah I will have to try and bake some soon.
Sure did, I read it and immediately thought "wait...make friend and grow my own vag? I thought we were talking about baking!" then I saw your edit :D. How one grows their own vag, though, I've no idea...guys would be all over that recipe...

Key advice for bread -- get a decent sized bread pan, it's worth it to have a good sized loaf.

Doctors get things wrong but I understand following what they say for health precautions. I just don't trust what they are taught in school anymore.
Yeah, I know they get things wrong a decent amount, but I try to follow most of what they want me to do because I've been reliant on them for basically my whole life at this point, but that's not to say I haven't been the recipient of some gross negligence down the years, had a couple of doctors I should have sued because they left me with permanent problems from two different surgeries that they got totally wrong. Needless to say, I did not return to them for follow-up care.

As for the butter, though, yeah, I've been giving it a try and I'll likely switch back to the real stuff. It's just better...it's not great for you, I know, but damn does it taste good.

I think a lot of issues come down to a people or person issue, not a "doctor" issue and I shouldn't lump them all together because I know some do genuinely care. I just haven't known many who seemed to.

Oh yeah no question, there are a lot of doctors who start out as caring and professional people doing their best for their patients. It's the part after that, once the shiny new doctor's badge has worn off and the glow of being a doctor has faded to just being a job, that's when you see either the really good ones come forward, or the really bad ones emerging. Some stay great doctors and really love what they do, others get jaded and it becomes a bore and they start taking shortcuts and that's dangerous. In my first 'bad doctor' run in I had surgery on one of my kidneys because it had become blocked and dangerously swollen. He removed the blockage but also managed to cut into nerve tissue on my side leaving me with no feeling there, he also badly scarred the uereter leading away from the kidney, which has caused me repeat issues since. The second bad doctor went in to remove a calcium buildup near my kidney, and this time the doctor in question went in endoscopically...now in the down below area, there's only one way for a doctor to go in, and for a man...that's...in through the old chap. I can't speak for how painful it would be for a woman, I do know the urinary tract is also quite a small portion of the vagina and that's the way in, but having a tube shoved inside of your penis is a whole level of uncomfortable pain I don't ever want to experience again. He removed the blockage there and I went to his clinic for a follow-up visit where he had to go in a second time to remove the stent he'd place to keep the passageway open...so a second round of tube penetration and on his way back out I get this immense pain on my insides, he's clearly caught the instrument on something, but he keeps on going. Yanked and got it to budge, pulling the instrument out and finding a nice chunk of tissue and blood at the end. I was livid, and in pain, and violated, and wanted to scream at him...but I just went along, did my scans to make sure he hadn't screwed up anything too important (he tore some of the lining of the ureter, lining that doesn't regrow...so I got some antibiotics for that, took the course of them and never returned to his clinic again. Should have sued both of them for negligence, but didn't.

Those are the two worst experiences I've had with doctors, and I can't fault their staffs at all, the nurses and practitioners that work with them (who do all the real work and make a 1/3 of the pay) were amazing, just the doctors who didn't give a shit about what they were doing. Other than them, I've had good experiences with doctors mostly, outside of a fair few ER doctors who couldn't have cared less about what I was there for...so it's not all doctors, for sure, but there are a decent amount of bad ones out there.

I used to do that, too, but now I overpay for "I can't believe it's not butter" just to satisfy my doctors...assholes...

Anyway, to add my two cents on Real Butter VS Fake Butter, I was putting butter on my tortillas and my mom and I were talking about how butter is actually a good fat and that our doctor told us this too, and that while it's not one of the best things for you, you shouldn't abstain it from your diet either. After that, we were talking about how fake butter is basically one step away from plastic too and that that should be outlawed or off the market. The difference between the two in healthiness is immense.

Yeah, my dad said it for years. I can't eat it. It actually tastes awful to me because I have a sensitive taste for canola and other unhealthy oils.

Yeah, I've been reading up on it and I'm pretty sure I'm just filling my body with insect repellent...so...back to butter it is! Also apparently soy oil, a second component of ICBiNB causes breast cancer...so my butter and boobie obsession may combine to cause me problems, in spite of the fact I don't possess any. Male breast cancer is still a thing, after all...so there's another reason to get rid of the stuff. Yay, back to taste :)

Real butter is actually healthy. The issue is mostly down to what people eat the butter with. A lot of doctors use to say eggs were horrible for you, they changed their minds on that too. I think it all comes down to finding what works for your body. Soy (unless natural which is rare in the US) causes issues for both men and women when it comes to hormones.

Yeah, butter is definitely better for you than this stuff...I tried it for the "it's better for your cholesterol" nonsense, and...well...now it's going in the bin. The number of ingredients in it that are GMO and potentially hazardous is ludicrous, how it manages to stay on store shelves is beyond me.
