I just try to drink one bottle every 3 hours or so. I am only on my second though and I should already be finishing my thirdNot anywhere near enough.
I have a system that often works (when I get started) where I drink a glass of water (I think whatever the metric of a recommended "glass" is), and then when I have to pee I get another one, and repeat the cycle all day.![]()

I don't know if this is a coincidence but my knees aren't hurting like they have been. Maybe I just wasn't drinking enough. I will have to see how they feel tomorrow.I am on my 4th bottle so an improvement from yesterday. Going to aim for finishing this one and at least drinking half of another.
