How much water do you drink per day?

I am curious cause it seems like a lot of people don't drink any at all.

I have been slacking and not drinking enough so I am trying to get back up to 5 or 6 bottles a day which is around 90 ounces (5.25 pints?)

Not anywhere near enough.

I have a system that often works (when I get started) where I drink a glass of water (I think whatever the metric of a recommended "glass" is), and then when I have to pee I get another one, and repeat the cycle all day. :krillinpalm:

I just try to drink one bottle every 3 hours or so. I am only on my second though and I should already be finishing my third :wut:

That's why I do the glass trick. It gets me up more often, and is more manageable. Like you finish a glass of water, that's not a huge hassle, and is not an insignificant amount.

Get up to do something? Better refill my glass of water. Within a few minutes it's empty again. Pee time? Better refill the glass of water...

I am on my 4th bottle so an improvement from yesterday. Going to aim for finishing this one and at least drinking half of another.

I used to drink 6 bottles a day and felt better when I did.

I don't know if this is a coincidence but my knees aren't hurting like they have been. Maybe I just wasn't drinking enough. I will have to see how they feel tomorrow.

Still no knee pain and I am still drinking more than before. I am actually getting thirsty again too so that helps a lot. Hopefully I keep up with it.

It amazes me that there are people in the world that never drink any water.

So I did another 5+ bottles today and noticed my general pains I have been having are much less. Maybe everything had felt worse because I just wasn't drinking enough.
