How would a virus outbreak look in the DB universe?

I know technically, (in a way) this already happened in a way when Baby lost his noodles in Dragon Ball GT and again when Piccolo was doing cocaine but ignoring those and dealing with a legit virus that is spreading across earth fast, how do you think the main characters would handle it? And before you say "They'd just collect the dragon balls and wish it to be cured!"... Shenron says no because it is a natural process and they have to deal with it.

Bulma and/or Capsule Corporation would fix it pretty quickly. Although I believe any of the Z warriors who contracted it are healthy enough for it to be a minor issue.
Although it would be comical to see Goku try to fight a bad guy off with cold/flu-like symptoms.

We're talking about the flu or our very own coronavirus. All of the major players are young enough and quite healthy enough for it basically to make them just feel like crap for a few days.
