Will do that for sure. I usually just cut thick circles from a potato and pan-fry them in olive oil with salt and onions but the rosemary.... I NEED THE ROSEMARY!!!!

That sounds delicious, too! But definitely, that rosemary just takes things to another level...so good!
I prefer fresh, but sometimes flaked is all that's available. Fresh is so much more fragrant and flavourful, but flaked works, too.
I want to get fresh herbs just to have on hand but have to find a way for the cats not to get into them lol
Oh yeah, they'll eat them for sure if they can get near them! I wanted to keep a little herb garden outside, but dogs...then I wanted a smaller one in the kitchen window, but cats...so need to either get a plexiglass window with a door to get into them and keep the cats out, or...some other way of growing them.
