I had an unhealthy day. Had a frappucino with one of those sausage biscuit sandwiches from McDonald's. Then had Chinese for dinner (lemon chicken and veg rice). Then some ice cream. And just had some fried noodles that came with the Chinese food.
Yes, it was a cheat day. Tomorrow you have half a grain of jasmine rice and some water to counter it and boom, all caught up!"cheat day"

Returned from Super Bowl watching. Had several beers, then two rum and cokes, some chicken wings, and then we had a slice of pizza on the way home.
Just had a lunchmaker. Eating lighter today. That Chinese did me in lol
Going to eat McDonald's chicken nuggets for dinner. One healthy choice after another. 
Agreed, chain pizzas are pretty much guaranteed garbage, but a lot of these smaller chains are turning into hot garbage, as well. Tried one today called The Rec, because it's a small chain, but it's so artsy fartsy with the sauce that it ruins what could be a good pizza.
Back with the healthy choices, had a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown from mcshites.
