Jay got a box of that the other day. Haven't tried it yet. Is it better or worse than Kraft? Cause I like me some Kraft....I had a rare breakfast...and it was cheetos mac and cheese...so...that was a thing...
It's in line with Kraft, I'd say. It has that distinct cheeto flavour, but it also just tastes like mac and cheese, so...if you like kraft and you like cheetos, you'll like it!Jay got a box of that the other day. Haven't tried it yet. Is it better or worse than Kraft? Cause I like me some Kraft.
Made them eggs.I am getting back into the habit of morning fasting where I wake up around 7:30 and don't eat until 11:30/noon. Putting myself on an intermittent fasting schedule again (16:8), at least during the week. I like to have my coffee on the weekends. I used to eat like this before it was trendy and seeing that there are actual benefits to it made me decide to go back.
I am just deciding what I want to eat now for lunch. Might make some scrambled eggs with peppers and onions.
Eating less times helps regulate insulin and blood sugar as well which is handy for you I would imagine. You are better off eating one super big meal than multiple meals and snacks throughout the day. I am trying to make it to where I two eat meals plus a snack right after dinner so I am technically only eating twice a day, or at least my body will think that.I agree with the morning fasting approach. I usually don't actually eat until very late in the day, but I've been not doing that recently and paying the price for it. Going to go back to that, not eating until at least 4 or 5 pm, made the most sense for me because I was eating while not actually hungry, which is just dumb...
It definitely was, I feel terrible these past few days because I've thrown myself out of whack eating the way I have been. I've got to fix that ASAP, it's just better all around doing that. If you can adapt to that sort of eating style, it's just a lot better overall. I know I felt way better doing that.Eating less times helps regulate insulin and blood sugar as well which is handy for you I would imagine.
