So I knew this guy, who used to feed alligators bread and when he was tossing them pieces of bread. He would talk to them and make kissey noises. Florida is a special place like no other.
Oh I'm sure there are people who can raise alligators properly and with affection, but for every one it seems there are several more who think they know how to do it and get themselves into trouble...
