Conclusion to the climactic clash! What is the price of victory?!
After the climatic conclusion of the battle with their sworn enemy Mira. Korian and Shihori soon discover that Sorrel has paid the ultimate price in defense of her daughter. Korian and Shihori are left broken and forever changed by this personal tragedy. If only there was a way to make things right....

Shihori circa Age 789 (approx. start of DBGT), 22 years old. Her katana is a family heirloom from Kitsune's late husband that was gifted to her by Kitsune. She honors her family heritage by wearing a variation of Saiyajin armor to suit her own combat style. She also wears a haori with the symbol of the Fox school of martial arts to honor her grandmother and first teacher Kitsune. She's come a long way just like her father in terms of personal growth. If you ever wondered what Shihori does in her off time while she's not attending university or training to be a badass, she's in a band along with Mai and a new friend featured in Chapter 8 named Rox. Shihori on bass and vocals, Mai on lead guitar, and Rox on the drums. They call themselves Beerus the Destroyer because the name sounded metal AF. Hope Lord Beerus doesn't mind. Introducing Kuroba circa age 789 (approximate start of Dragon Ball GT timeline). The 7 year old son of Korian and Sorrel. He takes a lot after his father in appearance but he’s a total momma’s boy. Rambunctious in nature but kind hearted except to his older sister Shihori. Due to their 15 year age difference they’re not the closest of siblings but they do love each other.
Going to start doing "book" covers for my writings so people can get a better feel for the story and the characters involved. Here we have Korian and Shihori along with the antagonists of the story. Thrilled beyond words how this turned out. Art courtesy of the amazingly talented Wonder-Waffle

The scene depicts when a 10 yo Korian met an 8 yo Sorrel for the first time. Korian had just saved Sorrel from a group of street thugs. After dispatching them with skills he had learned from Kitsune, he offered Sorrel his hand to help her off the ground. She rewarded his kindness by kicking him in the balls and mugging him of his belongings. Most importantly, a bag which contained whiskey that Kitsune had sent him to fetch. She blew him a kiss and flashed him her signature peace sign before happily skipping away from the scene. Korian was left in shambles on the ground clutching his nethers and left wondering just what the hell had happened.

Korian circa Age 789 as a Super Saiyan 4.
After losing his god ki in age 784 to the rogue Angel, Borbon, he managed to learn a new path to power. One all his own and all Saiyan.
Final commission from Salvamakoto. This scene depicts a 13 yo Shihori in her room before she sets out with Korian to go find the Dragon Balls to wish Sorrel back to life. She’s envisioning her mother standing proudly behind her while she’s wearing her scarf.
All may seem happy on the surface but this is the beginning of Shihori’s long struggle with PTSD. Her battle with mental illness has a happy ending where she learns to cope with the loss of her mom. Many others in real life are not so fortunate and could use the support of friends and loved ones in struggles. I hope this helps shake the stigma surroundings mental illness and specifically PTSD. Things need to change and we have to start somewhere.
